Terms of Service
1. The service
1ShotGen turns the ideas you submit into detailed prompts for AI coding agents, using Anthropic's Claude. Output is generated by an AI model and provided "as is" — it may contain errors or unsuitable suggestions, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you build from it.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use 1ShotGen to break the law, generate content for malware or other harmful purposes, infringe others' rights, abuse or overload the service, or attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
4. Your content & IP
You retain ownership of the ideas you submit and the prompts generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g., processing your input through our AI provider and storing your history). We claim no ownership of what you build.
5. Plans & billing
- Free: a limited number of generations per calendar week.
- Pro ($12/month): unlimited generations (subject to fair-use and operational limits). Billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renews until canceled.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; access continues through the paid period.

6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
9. Governing law
